In this video, you will learn how to get over your ex-boyfriend by using mindfulness-based principles to overcome a broken heart. What you need to do is to try the opposite, running to the pain and not distracting yourself.
By feeling the pain, you’re allowing your body to flush it out. Feel your emotion, feel the space around the emotion, be aware of the pain and focus on it. Don’t try to feel better, surrender with the emotion because you will feel peace around that emotion. Don’t resist it, just address it and don’t pretend it’s not there.
