Let's talk about how to get dumped the right way. Getting dumped is inevitable. What you need to do is prepare for it.
Right after you get dumped, don't try to fix the problem. Notice the psychological effect of getting dumped. Think about how your brain changes. You’re processing information differently.
When you get down, you'll be in a completely different state of mind. What you have to do is become more conscious of that state of mind. Get to know yourself.
Every time I've gotten dumped, I've always come out on top.
Getting dumped is a way to show people your true character. Somebody dumped you thinking you were weak and then suddenly you're at the gym. You got dumped but then you got a promotion. Getting dumped motivated you.
Don't just cry because you got broken up with. Use this as an opportunity to show people your character. You learn a lot from how people deal with breakups. What you have to do is go down with respect. Don't go down crying. Go down swinging.
I don't mean to stab the guy. What I'm saying is have some dignity. Don't go back to a dude who dumped you. If he's disrespecting you, go on the attack and break up with him first. Don't wait for him to attack. You make the first attack.
Again, the way to get dumped like a champ is to notice the psychological effects it has on you. Two, use defeat to show people how strong your character is. Three, break up is inevitable so go down swinging. At least, you can gain people's respect.
Recovery from a break-up is how you grow as an individual. It's how your character develops.
