Today i'm going to show you a very simple way to meditate. A lot of people don't know how to meditate and be present, and i understand why so one of the ways to to meditate, that i discover by mistake, is this:
All you need is a pen, a piece of paper and a timer. Set the timer to 20 minutes. after setting up your timer for 20 minutes, all you got to do is breathe. Notice your breath, now everytime you notice that you forgot your breath, you got to tally up one and then go back to the breath. What's going to happen is you're going to have a lot of it but after awhile, the more you do it, they're going to start decreasing.
The reason why i like this is not only that you get to meditate, but also, you get rewarded. You get to see the outcome. This is an incredible way to be present, just by doing this.
