A client of mine says that she and her boss have a mutual attraction toward each other. They didn't start flirting until 2 months ago.
They both agreed that it was wrong and they could not move forward. They agreed to stop flirting, but it's easier said than done.
He is much older than her, but he drives her crazy. He looks for her at work, but tends to go cold sometimes.
When he does this, she plays into his game and goes cold herself. That's when he chases her again.
They've talked over the phone at night. Although the attraction is there, she doesn't know what to do so that he would ask her out.
It's very simple if you want someone to ask you out. You just have to be free. If a guy likes you and he wants to make a move, all you have to do is be available.
If he doesn't get the hint, be more available.
Let’s say that he asks what you're going to do later today. Instead of saying you're going out with your friends, say that you don't have much going on.
When a guy likes you, he would ask you to hang out.
Another thing you can do is to find out what he likes and tell him you're going to do it. Then, you can ask him to tag along.
Let's say that your boss likes to play basketball. Tell him that you're going to see a basketball tournament. You can say, ‘By the way, I'm going to watch this basketball tournament this week. I know you’ll like that since you like basketball.’
Talk about how you're going to go there with some friends and that's it.
You have the option to say ‘If you want to, you can tag along’ or just let it be and wait for him to invite himself.
If he likes you then he would ask you out. If he doesn't, then it's not meant to be. He may be in a relationship or he's just flirting with you because it's fun.
