If you read the whole research, it shows that your happiness is a function of expectations when you expect less you’re happier. And a lot of people have unrealistic expectations about relationships. A lot of ladies have this unrealistic expectation about the stat of a successful date or a successful relationship which a lot of them don’t work out. There are times that you strike out and that shouldn’t be a source of shame and you shouldn’t be afraid of it because that’s a normal thing.
