The Dark Truth of Doing NoFap

Let me tell you my opinion on why I think nofap is beneficial especially if you’re out there chasing women or you’re trying to achieve your goals in life, trying to achieve a certain level of mastery, or developing a sense of purpose.

I don’t mind people with discipline it’s good for you. There is a benefit to restricting dopamine through masturbation it will help you enjoy it more. First of all, there is a fact that if you don’t masturbate it is not good for your prostate. Masturbation is literally and physiologically healthy. Unless you get headaches from masturbating and having sex. There are only negatives for your prostate health if you don’t masturbate it is not good for your prostate.

Now let’s talk about the emotional side. The benefits you can get from masturbation. The first one affects your mood positively. Dopamine, endorphins, and oxytocin are released whenever you masturbate. It also increases your focus, concentration, and judgment.

Another thing is it relieves stress and anxiety because it releases oxytocin which plays a role in reducing your stress and anxiety. It also reduces blood pressure, lowers cortisol levels, and it helps you fall asleep and helps you wake up as well. And it affects your self-esteem as well. And it increases your libido.

This is why I don’t agree with not masturbating or the nofap movement. Not masturbating makes you lose focus and it’s not something I recommend. Keep your pipes empty and focus on achieving your purpose in life.
