HI, I'M ALEX!

I’m a dating coach for men and have a channel called Mindful Attraction where I use video examples of men and I break down the elements, the personality traits and the techniques that they use to teach men how to use it on women. I decided to also be a dating coach for women and reverse engineer all the tactics that I know to help women attract high-value men. The courses that I make are specifically geared to help you understand how people fall in love and how to do it in a systematic way.
